Government of Banjarbaru City of South Kalimantan proposed four contractors into the black list (black list) nationwide. The four contractors were proposed blacklisted as from January 2012 until January 2014 or during the two years following the auction should not be public.
We are still waiting for a letter to the black list Partners Major CV so that if his letter was published the black list file a national application will be sent to the email address LKPP.

This was stated by Head of Development Setdako Banjarbaru it, Fahruddin, Wednesday (18/01/2012). Fahruddin said it would immediately send the file to the four contractors that have been in the black list via email to the Institute for Policy Procurement of Goods / Services in Jakarta.

The fourth provider / goods proposed national blacklisted Vina Audi CV, CV Blessings Ainata Lestari, CV Mitra Utama and PT Baja Sentosa Powerful. The four contractors are judged unable to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of national policies so that their company name displayed in the national procurement portal.

Fahruddin revealed, CV Audi Vina otherwise unable to complete work on the local sanitation department. Then, CV Ainata Lestari Blessing Way Stone Plate located Banjarmasin also unable to complete work on the construction of new classrooms Education Department activities. While CV Partners in Main Reef Road Anyar, Banjarbaru, could not complete his work on Non-formal Education Development Center and the Informal Regional Banjarbaru VI. While the PT Baja Road Sentosa Powerful IN Pandjaitan Banjarmasin unable to complete work at the Department of Public Works and Housing.

"We are still waiting for a letter to the black list Major Partners CV, so if the letter has been issued, the file request of national black list will be sent to the email address LKPP," he said.

He added that the sanctions against providers of goods / services is quite heavy because of the company's name and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) can not be used to follow the auction for two years.
